These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Streakhaus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

This is not legal advice. These terms describe how the service actually works and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on them.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Streakhaus is not intended for anyone under 16.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach the isolation between leagues, disrupt other members, or access data you are not authorized to access.

3. Leagues and data

Streakhaus is organised into leagues. A league is either private (invite-only) or public (listed, instant join); you choose which leagues to join.

Data you submit is scoped as described in the Privacy Policy: the values derived for a day are visible to the other members of a league you have joined, and your underlying health samples, manual entries and private goals are not. League owners and administrators control membership and may remove access. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Health data is not medical advice

Streakhaus reads step, sleep and exercise data to score goals and run competitions between friends. It is a fitness and habit product, not a medical device. Nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, its figures come from consumer devices and are not clinically accurate, and you should not rely on it for any health decision. Talk to a qualified professional about your health, and do not let a streak, a league standing, or a goal push you into training or sleep behaviour that is unsafe for you.

5. Availability and cost

Streakhaus is currently offered at no charge and there are no paid plans. We may introduce paid plans in future; if we do, we will give notice before any charge applies to you. The service is provided as-is, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the version and ask you to re-accept the current version the next time you sign in.
